About a hour and half north of Knoxville where the city gives away to farm land Billy drove out to the middle of a field that is on top of a hill that have a nice view of the valley below. Billy's El Camino is parked with the bed of the car facing the valley and the tail gate is down. The radio is on and this sweet little tune is playing.
The sun is starting to set as it's almost 4:30 in the afternoon. We don't see Billy at first as we pan in closer on his car when a female, a curvy dirty blonde pops up from behind the car. We know she's not wearing a shirt as we can see her bare back and she quickly snatches a sweat shirt from the bed of the El Camino and disappears behind the back of the car. A couple of seconds later NASCAR Billy stands up from behind the car and he's putting his shirt back on and sits on the tailgate. He digs around through the cooler that is next to him and pulls out two cans of beers. The dirty blonde female stands up again this time facing Billy and is fastening the buttons on her shorts. Billy pops the top on one of the cans and hands it to her. She is all smiles as he picks up the blanket off of the ground and wraps up in it and sits on the tail gate next to Billy and takes the can of beer from Billy.
"Thanks."
Billy pops the top on his can and takes a quick sip. "No problem."
"I can't believe how cold it gets when the sun starts going down."
"Cindy.....don't you worry. I'll keep you warm."
She smiles and takes another swig of beer and watches while bundled up in the blanket as the sun is setting. After a couple of minutes of silence she takes one last sip and pours out the rest of the beer and tosses the can. "What time is it?"
Billy also finishes off his beer and crushes the can in his hand. He looks at his watch and then shows Cindy what the time is. She frowns and puts her head on Billy's shoulder as Billy puts his arm around her. "My shift at Waffle House starts soon. We've got to get going."
Billy sighs. "That sucks.
"It does. But I need the money."
Billy stands up and takes the cooler and pours out the ice and slides the cooler in the bed of the El Camino. "I am kinda hungry. Think you can slide me a freebie?"
"Maybe. I dunno if Beth is working or not. If she's not. I'll hook you up, but if she is, then no....cuz she is a bitch."
"Beth sucks."
Cindy stands up and Billy slams the tailgate closed. [color=pink}"I heard that's how she got promoted."[/color]
They start making their way towards the front of the car and you can tell that neither one wants to leave but work calls and Cindy needs the cash. Billy opens the drivers side door and Cindy pauses for a second before climbing in. She looks Billy in the eye and gives him a quick hug.
"Can I ask you one thing?"
"Billy Jo doesn't mean a single thing to me. I've been wanting to get that tat covered up but I don't have the cash right now."
"Okay......that wasn't it. I wanted to know why you do what you do? It seem dangerous and you could get hurt."
Billy smirks. "Dangerous is my middle name. Besides where else could I work and get this?"
Billy reaches in the car and on the front seat is the UWL Tag Team title. He holds it so Cindy can see it.
"This is a bad ass belt buckle! I busted my ass off to get this and there is no way I'm losing it anytime soon. Plus I get paid extra for being the champ and once those checks start coming in, I can get that tat covered up."
Cindy looks at the title and then looks up at Billy. "What about Debbie? You getting that one covered up too?"
Billy lowers his head. "yes....." he sheepishly says.
Cindy smiles and ruffles up Billy hair. "You might want to start with that one first honey. Cuz Debbie was here means Cindy won't be there."
"Yes Ma'm."
Cindy hops in the car and Billy snaps the belt around his waist and climbs in the car. Soon they will be at the local Waffle House where Cindy works........
