It's Friday and that can mean only one thing. NASCAR Billy is in windy city for Second City Showdown where he and Emma, Team Hot Wheels, aka the Best tag team in the UWL will defend the tag belts against Birds of Prey. With so much to do in Chicago it's hard to pick just one thing to go and do. Do you take in a Blackhawks game? A Cubs game? Hit one of the numerous pubs by Wrigley field? Or do you lower your standards and take in a White Sox game? Well for NASCAR Billy the choice was simple. You need to go to the highest spot you can find and take a look around and see what is going on and that meant the Skydeck in the Willis Tower. You have to wonder through.

Is this is what Willis was talking about?

103 stories up. 1,353 feet in the air standing on one foot thick floor deck is where we find NASCAR Billy. Wearing his wranglers, a plain white t shirt and a Dale JR hat NASCAR Billy is standing in the middle of the sky deck looking at everything there is to see.

"Would ya take a look at dis? Lordy lordy you don't see dis every day. If mama could see me now she say "Billy! you get off dat glass floor before you break it!" and you know something."

Billy has a little smirk on his face. That is when we notice he's not wearing his CAT Work boots but some New Balance sneakers.

"I was up here last night at night and I was wearin' me old work boots and before I hopped on a plane and flew from Knoxville to here I was helpin' my Uncle Ned's second cousin on da farm stackin dem hay bales and I must have picked up a nail in my boot and when I stepped on to dat sky deck over der yesterday da nail in my boot I think was pokin' holes in da floor. I started to hear da glass makin' noises and der is no way I am falling some 103 stories to my death! I have da UWL Tag Team Titles to defend here tomorrow night in Chicago!"

Billy isn't alone on the 103rd floor and a bunch of fans scream and holler when Billy says the city he is. Billy smiles, maybe a bit embarrassed to be cutting a promo on the sky deck.

"Right here tomorrow night a few blocks away from here you will witness da best damn tag team in da UWL today, yesterday and tomorrow do battle with a team dat everyone says has promise but just can't seem to get da job done one on one against da best team in da UWL. Both Phoenix and Autumn have come up short against Emma da last couple of weeks and I just want to remind little old Autumn Raven as her memory must really be short who she lost to a couple of weeks ago. Here's a hint. It was against not only Emma but...."

Billy points at himself.

"Me who best you on dis road to dis match here tomorrow night. I am undefeated in tag team action Autumn. Put da vibrator down fer a second and listen to da words dat are coming out of my mouth. Every tag team, every person who teamed up with someone else and dared to step in da ring with NASCAR Billy and either Joe Jones or Emma Douglas. Dey all have had da same outcome. I gots my hand raised in victory while my opponents.....dey were rolling out of da ring holding der necks and back in pain cuz they just got a wicked Track Bad Adjustment, they just got taken out with da Bump and go, dey were seeing double with da Double Vision and dey where knocked out cold with da Queens End every single time. Der is no if ands of buts about dat Raven. Dat is how it went time every....single....time. And tomorrow night at Second City Showdown, Dis partnership of yours, coming together with your enemy.....wonder where you got dat idea from.....will go down in flames! Da Birds of Prey will be no more!"

Billy adjusts his hat on his head. No tobacco is allowed in the Sky decks so no chew, no booze.....

"After tomorrow night you will no longer be able to call yerself da number one contenders to da tag titles. After tomorrow night you most definitely won't be able to call yerself da tag team champions because dat honor will remain with Emma and I. We are da best tag teams in the UWL period! Any other team making dat claim are just big fat liars! Davies and Michaels, I.I. and you two dodo brains all live a fantasy world. I have heard you ya'll say dat you are da best team in da UWL but what do you have to back dat up? Huh? I don't see da UWL tag team titles around your waist and in dis case, is da case of da UWL. Da best team have da titles and Saturday night we will show da world first hand why we are da best team da UWL. Much more den just da titles, braggin' rights are on da line in dis match and let's be honest here."

Billy "pops" his shirt.

"Yer lookin' at da 2013 Tag Team Coronation cup winner. Yer looking at da longest tenured champion in da UWL today. Yer lookin' at da only guy in da UWL who is undefeated in tag team wrasslin and yer lookin' at da guy who will send Ravenborn home cryin' on each other's shoulders. Ima lookin' down on da competition cuz NASCAR Billy is head and shoulders above ya. Ima da king of the mountain. I own dis city! And you can quote me on dat!"

Billy holds his arms out to his side with the cityscape behind him as the scene fades to black..................
