Barry Sharpe: As things change in the UWL one thing remains the same and that is the greatness of Josh Eagles.
Fred Overstreet: I should have wore my boots tonight.
"Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit plays and multicolored lights start flashing around the arena, 'British Bad Ass' Simon Ward walks out looking directly at the ring in-front of him.
Bailey Zook: And his opponent! Being accompanied by Rachel Boyer, From Barnsley, United Kingdom, weighing two hundred and sixty pounds! Simon Ward!!
Simon Ward walks down the ramp to boos and jeering from the crowd, he climbs through the middle rope into the ring.
Dusty signals for the bell as Eagles is in his corner with his hands on his knees looking across the ring at the British Bad Ass Simon Ward. Ward kneels down and leans out of the ring a tad as Rachel gives him some final words. After a couple of seconds and a few words Ward nods in agreement with Boyer and turns his attention to Eagles. Eagles stands up straight in his corner and takes a couple of steps out. Ward slowly raises to his feet and the two start to move about the ring, keeping 3-4 feet between. They circle each other and finally stop and eye each other.
Barry Sharpe: Eagles is one inch taller than ward but is giving up some 60 plus pounds to Ward.
Fred Overstreet: Like call Jenny Craig already. He is like a troll. A English troll.
They lock up and Eagles drop down to one knee briefly only to come back up to both feet. Ward puts his weight behind and backs Eagles into the ropes. Dusty calls for the break.
1! 2! 3! and Ward release the hold and slowly backs away from Eagles. Eagles had his hands up ready for a sucker punch but Ward doesn't strike. Rachel calls for Simon and Simon slowly makes his way over to other side of the ring and ducks under the top rope to get a last second instruction from Rachel. Eagles smirks and charges at Ward, Ward sees him coming and hides behind the ropes, but Dusty is there to stop Eagles and warns him to get back in his corner. Ward points and tells Eagles to check himself. Middle of the ring is where Eagles is and he motions at Ward to come on, let's go.
Barry Sharpe: Eagles have some fun with Ward.
Fred Overstreet: Now what if Rachel had to tell Ward something important Barry?
Barry Sharpe: They had all week to come up with a game plan.
Dusty now tells Ward to come on and let's go. Rachel has a couple of words for Eagles as Ward and Eagles lock up again. This time it is Ward who drops down to one knee and Eagles quickly locks Ward into a side headlock. Ward pushes Eagles off and into the ropes. Eagles off of the ropes leap frogs over Ward who ducks down. Eagles off the ropes again, Ward goes for a hip toss, Eagles counters and lands a hip toss of his own! Eagles winds up and connects with a kick to the center of the back on Ward after Ward sits up after the hop toss. Eagles backpedals into the ropes, Ward spins to his feet and Eagles coming at Ward leaps and connects with a running forearm. Eagles back off of the ropes, and goes for a shoulder tackle, but Ward braces himself and it's Eagles who hits the mat. Now it's Ward who takes off into the ropes. Eagles picks himself up, and lays down on the mat in front of Ward, Ward skips over Eagles. Eagles to his feet, Jumps up and over Ward when he bounces off the ropes. Eagles drops to the mat on his back and Ward comes off the ropes, Eagles raises his legs to catch Ward and flip him but Ward pulls up, grabs Eagles feet and stomps Eagles right in the stomach!
Barry Sharpe: And I don't think that is how Eagles thought that would go.
Fred Overstreet: It never does.
Eagles rolls onto his side and Ward measures him up and drop a standing leg drop on Eagles. Ward rolls Eagles on his back and covers Eagles. Dusty counts.

Ward moves into a arm bar and put some torque onto Josh's shoulder. Eagles moves to one knee, then his feet and Ward moves into a wrist lock then a chicken wing. Eagles throws a elbow back and connects. With Ward feeling the effects of the elbow, Eagles spins around Ward and locks him in a chicken wing. Ward goes to throw a elbow back but Josh leans back and out of the way. Ward starts to take a couple of steps towards the ropes, but Eagles pulls up on the hold stopping Ward. Ward throws another elbow, Eagles ducks under it, and Ward ends up putting his arm around Eagles, Josh Eagles then lifts Simon Ward up, holds him for a second and falls back wards dropping Ward on his arm. Eagles to his feet, into the ropes. Ward is up, Eagles takes him down with a cross body in the middle of the ring. Eagles hooks the leg.
Dusty count. 1! 2! not quite, Ward kicks out!
Barry Sharpe: And Eagles back to his feet. What is looking to do.
Fred Overstreet: What do Eagles do Barry? They fly!
Eagles spring boards off of the ropes and lands a drop kick on Ward who was getting up off of the mat. Eagles again springs off the ropes twisting in mid air and catching Ward who was climbing back to his feet with a spinning heel kick. Ward lays on the mat holding his head. Eagles slowly raises to his feet to the applause of the fans.
Barry Sharpe: Once Eagles gets on a roll it is kinda hard to slow him down.
Fred Overstreet: He needs to keep Ward grounded through.
Eagles steps through the ropes and moves down the apron to where Ward is laying on the mat. Eagles pulls back on the top rope, and launches himself over the top rope with a big splash on Ward! Eagles hooks the leg.

Barry Sharpe: Ward put all of his weight behind that chop right there.
Fred Overstreet: Like you said earlier, he out weights Josh Eagles and need to use that towards his advantage.
Ward kicks Josh in the gut, huge forearm across his back. Ward shoves Josh back into the corner, pushing back on his head and drives his knee into Josh's mid section. Ward drops down, and uses his shoulder as a battling ram ramming Eagles over and over and over in his stomach. Ward stands up, delivers a closed right on Eagles. Ward quickly to the center of the ring, charges at Eagles and with a running splash on Eagles! Ward kicks Eagles in the gut, kicking him so hard he flips Eagles over into his back. A small Eagles chant starts. Ward goes to stomp Eagles, Josh rolls away and rolls out under the bottom rope.
Barry Sharpe: Smart move by Eagles giving him a breather.
Fred Overstreet: Yeah only if Ward doesn't follow him.
Which Ward does. Josh moves to the other side of the corner post. Ward moves towards him and Eagles selling that he is hurt, reaches up grabs the second rope and when Ward comes around the corner of the ring, Eagles pulls himself and kicks Simon Ward in the head.
