Jessica is standing under a tree in the park wearing her UWL jacket and is holding a mic.

Jessica Larkin "This is Jessica Larkin live from the Showa Memorial park in Tokyo Japan for a exclusive interview with the man who is looking to become the new UWL Television Champion, NASCAR Billy!"

Billy walks out from behind the tree wearing his safety goggles, rubber gloves, a dust mask and a this over the top, spike codpiece that would rival anything that Blackie Lawless from WASP would have worn on stage. He also have big thick knee pad over his Wrangler jeans and for good measure steel toe work boots. Even Jessica thinks he looks, well ridiculous.

Jessica Larkin "Billy? I..."

She is so speechless she can't even say speechless. Billy glances down at his get up and smiles under his dust mask. He removes the dusk mask and tosses it on the ground and holds up his index finger.

NASCAR Billy "Now Jess. Before we begin. I found something for you and well I couldn't help myself. I got you dis."

Billy reaches in his back pocket and pulls out a red rose. Jessica smiles.

Jessica Larkin "Oh you shouldn't have!"

NASCAR Billy "I knows. But when I saw it, it reminded me of you and I picked it. Here let me...."

Billy slides the rose which has been dethroned and slides it above her ear. Jessica adjusts it so it stays and seems to like it.

Jessica Larkin "Thanks."

NASCAR Billy "I just wanted to say thanks for all the interviews you granted us when we were Racin' Tyme. I know we had a lot of fun doing them."

Jessica Larkin "They were fun."

NASCAR Billy "They were. With out you I don't know if we would have gotten as big as we did. Now with that out of the way..."

Billy cusps his hands behind his back.

Jessica Larkin "Okay. Tomorrow night you will face the new UWL TV Champion."

NASCAR Billy "Yuppers"

Jessica Larkin "Josh Eagles."

NASCAR Billy "Mister UWL himself."

Jessica Larkin "Less than twenty four hours to go. How do you feel?"

NASCAR Billy "I can't wait! I can't wait fer dis week and next week. The final two weeks in Japan fer NASCAR Billy and the UWL will be huge. I have a shot at the UWL TV title. I have a shot at Josh Eagles and it is my time to prove that giant slug Steve just how wrong he is. He says I can't beat Josh Eagles. He says I don't have a chance in hell in beatin' him. I've never had a chance against Josh before so how does Steve know if I can beat him or not? You know? All I want is a opportunity. I have done a lot since I joined the UWL you know Jess. Two time UWL World Tag Team Champion. 2014 Tag Team Coronation Cup winner and you know if it wasn't for Steve..."

You can see the disdain on Billy's face every time he says Steve. He really wants to go off and tell the world just how he feels about him but on this day he is keeping it in.

NASCAR Billy "I's would be the Cup of Excellent winner. I've won more den I lost. I don't know if Josh knows dis or not but I've only been wrasslin' fer a tick over a year now. I don't have some 14 plus years under my belt. I have only started to scratch the surface in my career but I feel like. You know, Ima off to a good start."

Jessica Larkin "I'm taking it you heard Josh Eagles the other day?"

NASCAR Billy "I sure did and Jess. Just so you know I will always make time for you."

Better get your boots out. Billy is laying it on thick.

NASCAR Billy "Do you know what I think of Josh sayin' dat I'm no singles wrassler?"

Jessica Larkin "What?"

NASCAR Billy "I thinks dat I haven't had a chance to prove myself as a singles competitor yet! Dat is what I think! Now if he wants to look at my big return match against Autumn Raven and say dat I can't cut it then he doesn't know me very well. Everyone out der knows dat I don't like fightin' the women and I don't really see eye to eye with Autumn, and we have had several matches against each other now and you know something. No matter what she says. No mater how much she gets under my skin. I still have dis inner conflict about fightin' her. I just have a hard time hittin' a girl you know."

Jessica Larkin "Well Billy. If you want to climb the ladder to the top of the UWL, you need to get over that. Autumn signed up to fight the guys in the ring and she holds her own. If you don't get over that she will always beat you."

NASCAR Billy "Jess Ima a lover not a fighter when it comes to the girls. I guess Ima not a robot, dis preprogrammed yes man who just beats up on who ever is placed in front of dem. I have feelings you know. I can't help it. Dat will always be apart of me no matter what."

BIlly takes his hat off his head and uses the brim of the hat to scratch his head and slap shis hat back on and gives it a tug to make sure it is on tight.

NASCAR Billy And as far as last week went. Hell dat was a shame to even consider dat a match. It was set up from the get go. You shouldn't even look at dat. Why don't you look at my matches against Callaway. Look at all of my matches in the COE. You know when I went undefeated in dem! Dat is what Josh Eagles better get ready fer! One redneck fueled raggin' driven' NASCAR Billy! Da last time I check Josh Eagles isn't wearin' a skirt but you know maybe he should be. Dat is why I have all of this stuff. He might hate hearin' it but Josh Eagles is nuttin but a cheatin' low life."

Jessica Larkin "Are you planning on wearing all of that stuff to the ring?"

NASCAR Billy "Jess. We all saw what Josh Eagles did to win dat TV title. He had help from his manager. Da powder was a flyin' the forearms were hittin' low. Chris Nichols didn't stand a chance! He wasn't prepared. But guess what! I AM! Yeah I might look silly but so what! Old Josh, hanging onto his dream of one last grand hurrah and hopes of going down as the best TV champion of all time, der is no telling what he will do to keep dat title. He's desperate. He talks a big talk and he knows all of the tricks in da book. But one thing is clear Jess. Once dat bell rings he will find out real quick why I am the future of the UWL. Why NASCAR Billy will one day go down as a multi title holder in da UWL. He has a legacy to keep and Ima just startin' mine. I am ready for every dirty trick you want to employ Josh. I know when push comes to shove, you will lie, cheat and steal to keep dat belt around your waist and like I said. I want dat belt but I ain't breakin any rules to get my hands on it. I don't care how you feel about dat but dat is how I roll."

Billy is look right at the camera now as Jess holds the mic in front of him.

NASCAR Billy "A fight is comin Josh! I'm gunnin' fer dat belt like Jimmy Johnson huntin' down his next championship. No one is going to get in my way but unlike you, I will win dat belt with out blinding someone. Without kicking someone in da nuts. I don't need to take shortcuts and when I take dat belt away from you tomorrow night in front of all these fans here in Japan.....It will be dat much sweetier and more importantly I will have everyone's respect in the locker room. I will do it cleanly and with honor. Der is no honor in cheatin'. And after I pick up dat UWL TV title, next week I will rid da UWL of Steve Sinclair and when dat happens. Good lord are we going to have a party and it's going to be one hell of a party and Jess, you can come to da party and I'lllet ya wear da UWL TV title!"

Jessica chuckles.

Jessica Larkin "I can't wait."

NASCAR Billy "It's da year of the Billy! Just watch and see. And if you ain't first, den you just suck!"

Jessica Larkin "Thank Billy."

Billy steps towards the camera still talking.
