CLASS OF 2004
Eddie
Handler: Lee Rogers
ESW Record: 40-29-21
Championships: 3 time Triple Crown Champion, Tag Team Champion
Awards: 2 time MVP
ESW Records: 1st ever ESW Triple Crown and Tag Team Champion
Eddie was a green rookie when Mad Cyril, a long time friend of Steve Sinclair sent his top student to the US to help Steve start the NYCW (Name latter changed to ESW). Eddie quickly found himself on the “Road to the Gold” and ended up winning the NYCW World title to become the company’s first ever champion. The first year of Eddie’s career saw him becoming a 2 time champion, teaming up with Kid Krazy to win the Tag Team titles and falling in love with Rayne. He was the ESW’s first bright star and fan favorite. A class act, one that will never be forgotten.
ESW Trinity Sovereignty Winner Rayne
Handler: Christine Crocini-Quackenbush
ESW Record: 113-73-24
Championships: 2 time Triple Crown Champion, 2 x TV Champion, 3 time Survivor Champion, Tag Team Champion
Awards: 7 time ESW Hottest Chick
ESW Records: Most wins of all time
Before the NYCW/ESW was created, Raven Sinclair found and trained Rayne to the best of her abilities. The result, the all time winningest superstar in the history of the ESW. Rayne accomplished allot here in the ESW, first female World champion, a 7 time champion, won at least 1 championship for 6 years in a row. Won and broke many hearts in the ESW and posed in Playboy. Rayne has slowed down the last couple of years showing up for 1 or 2 shows a year but she is still a force to deal with.
ESW Grand Slam Winner Kid Krazy
Handler: Donnie
Record: 77-83-18
Championships: 3x Triple Crown Champion, 4x TV Champion, 3x Survivor Champion, 2x Tag Team Champion
Awards:
ESW records: Most Titles held, Most Career losses, 1st ever Survivor and Tag Team Champion
“Double K” “Super” Kid Krazy was just a raw rookie when he landed on the ESW doorstep. He struggled mightily at first but Kid Krazy showed he was a quick learner. Double K won over everyone in and out of the ring and his drive lead to him just winning gold in the ESW, a record 12 times. He’s now one of the all time greats in ESW history who is still active in the ESW. If there is a title that is on the line and you need someone to win it, if you can find him, maybe you can hire Kid Krazy to win it.
Trinity Sovereignty Winner Soul Reaver
ESW Record: 27-38-14
Championship: Triple Crown, TV and a 2x Survivor Champion.
It has been a while since we have seen Soul Reaver in the ESW but his time here was unforgettable. He was as tough as they came, and maybe one of the most twisted fellows we have seen in the ESW. He backed down from no one, fought everyone including Steve Sinclair in a casket match, and won! He charged hard and made his spot in the Hall all his own.
Horance Pinkerton
Record: 9-5
Championships: Triple Crown Champion.
Horance arrived with Devo in the ESW and while both of their time here in the ESW was short, it was anything but meek. The most unexpected Triple Crown Winner in the history of the ESW when he defeated Eddie and Rayne for the Title. Pinkerton was a straight shooter, took no one’s crap and backed up everything he said. He was out of the ESW by 2004 and out of wrestling all together shortly after words but he turned heads in his short stay here.
