CLASS OF 2005
Zander Thrash
Record: 28-30-6
Championships: Triple Crown and Tag Team titles.
When one first saw Zander Thrash you would think there is no way a guy who talks to the Snuggle Teddy Bear would ever go on to win the ESW World title, but that is what Zander did. He was a no nonsense guy. He didn’t beat around the bush and do very much talking, Zander said what was on his mind and out thought you in the ring. Zander caught allot of guys off guard as he fought his way to Championship gold. He was a good hard working champion and when his run was up, Zander called it a day and left the ESW for a new challenge. We don’t know where Zander went but we miss him to this day.
Grand Slam Winner Larcen Night
Handler: Josh Romhilt
Record: 37-15-5
Championships: Triple Crown, TV, Survivor and Tag Team champion.
ESW Record: Quickest to become a Trinity Sovereignty Winner.
A minion of JT Blackout who Blackout would beat and abuse from time to time was allowed to go out on his own one summer and the scattered brained Larcen showed everyone in the ESW just what he learned from Blackout. Over the course of 3 months Larcen won every title the ESW had to offer. A feat no one since has been able to do. Larcen was quick and reckless in the ring. He just didn’t care what it took to achieve what he wanted to in the ring. He was cheered, he was booed and when it was all said and done he was respected. We keep hoping we’ll see Larcen again in the ESW, but we’re not holding our breath.
Steve Hawkins
Handler: Shannon
Record: 18-17-2
Championships: ESW Triple Crown Champion.
He was cocky, He did a lot of talking and he also back it up. Steve Hawkins won only 1 title in the ESW and if you asked him about it he would tell you it was the only one worth winning. He poked his nose in everyone else’s business and always had some of the hottest women by his side, Steve Hawkins was one of a kind who was much better than his record says.
CLASS OF 2006
Trinity Sovereignty Winner Exodus
Record: 37-17-14
Championships: ESW Triple Crown, TV and Survivor champion.
Awards: 2004 Best New Comer, 2005 Best Champion.
ESW Records: One time Longest reigning TV Champion, 12 wins before losing a match.
There was a time when the E in the ESW stood for Exodus Stardom Wrestling. He was dominate. He demanded the spotlight and excelled in it. He started by winning his first 12 matches in the ESW before losing to Zander Thrash, twice in a span of 3 weeks each time losing a title. But it would be Exodus who would get the last laugh by winning the TV title and holding on to it for what seemed like forever. Exodus’s run in the ESW lasted for about 2 years but he was a huge player during those 2 years here. One wonders what more he could have accomplished if real live didn’t knock on his doorstep.
Steve Sinclair
Handler: John Quackenbush
Record: 14-20-5
Championships: ESW Survivor title
Awards: 2007 ESW MVP
He founded the ESW with his sister Raven. He hated Eddie so much he bought a soccer team to get rid of him. He fought in a burning barn and was thought to be dead only to reappear a year later more pissed off than before. Then there was the whole tried to kill his own brother and went to jail period of time which ended up being the end of a era in the ESW. The one time Co Owner of the ESW was the heartbeat of the ESW under his control. He hired, fired and chased away everyone with a iron hand. While he is no longer part of the ownership group he has been spotted around the ESW looking to get even with his nephew Double J Joe Jones for selling his shares of the ESW to Tommy Purr.
CLASS OF 2007
Devo
Handler: Frank Merritt
Record: 16-15-3
Championships: ESW TV Champion
ESW Records: First ever ESW TV Champion.
Devo was a star before he came to the ESW along with the rest of the Hate Skawd. He made winning the TV title look easy and was good as our first champion. He was ESW’s first real heel and helped the ESW get on the map, and for that we thank you.
