Inside of Billy’s custom RV that he calls home where ever he parks it, his phone is making that sound right there, in the video. It tells Billy that he has a incoming call. He is in the back, in the master bedroom of his RV and the phone is up in the front so play that clip one more time, go ahead, you know you want to…….
Billy comes walking out of the bedroom and into the living area of his RV. The slide out is extended out and a few windows are opening letting in some of the southern California’s “winter” weather in as he is strolling around in his RV in shorts and a old faded t shirt. Billy sits down on the camo couch and picks up his phone off of the end table which features a deer antler desk lamp.
“Billy here.” He says as he answers the phone without looking to see who it was. “Oh hey Jess. I was just thinking of you.” Billy says as he leans back in his custom made camo couch.
Through the power of the internet we now find Jessica Larkin in her hotel room somewhere in California. It’s unclear where the UWL has sent her for the week and it’s unimportant right now anyways. She’s dressed down for the day, must be her day off. It’s sweatpants city folks. Big baggy comfy sweatpants and a UWL hoodie sweatshirt.
“OH Hi Billy. I’m not disturbing you am i?” She asks.
“No. Not you. Never.” Billy answers. This phone call has placed him in a good mood. Lost in the back of his mind is the lost to Josh Eagles (again) or how he and Cory, the Bionic Rednecks are slowly and surely being buried in the tag division by the “powers that be”. With this phone call from the UWL interviewer and hottie Jessica, it’s all forgotten about.
“Oh good.” she says. She’s curled up on her bed and has a look in her eyes that she is about to say something she doesn’t want to say. Something that she might come to regret. You can feel it, it’s pressing in her mind but it’s something she wants to say, for right now in her life it works. “Do you have a minute?” She asks.
Completely unaware that the death nail is coming down on him. “Yeah why?” He says.
“I’d like to talk about something.” Jessica goes.
Still no red flag. “Oh yeah? About what?”
“Us.”
Taking this as good news the whole way… “Really? What? What do you want to talk about?”
Jess sucks in her top lip, she closes her eyes. She has this feeling that this isn’t going to go over very well. The last two or so weeks have been…..well they have been wonderful for her and for Billy as well who, let’s be honest here, isn’t moody. When he was hiding under the mask as DJR she was able to see this side of him, this innocent playful side. This is the side that she was attracted to. Billy did care for Jessica and she knew this, even after the break up, there was still a piece of his heart he held for her. She got to see a side of him he didn’t show anyone else especially on camera. It was hidden under his beard but it was there, this big bad wrestler, mister moonshiner was, no, is pretty much a big softie, a big teddy bear. He’s the guy who likes to hold hands, cuddle, hold you while taking naps and rub your feet when they hurt. It was in these moments in private that they grew together as a couple. Soulmates you could say. She loved that about him, how much he cared and loved her, I mean really loved her like no other has loved her.
And she’s about to stomp all over that.
“I think this isn’t a good time Billy. You and me.” She begins. She sheds a tear and it streaks down her cheek.
“What?”
“Before we get serious again, I think we should we should just be friends.” Another tear rolls down her cheek.
“What?” Sounding really confused. “What’s going on? I’m not understanding this?” Clearly.
“I’m sorry Billy put right now is not the right time for me. I’ve enjoyed these last two weeks but I can’t get involved with you or anyone right now.” Which was a total lie.
Leaning forward on his Camo couch. “Are we breaking up? What the hell did I do now!”
“Nothing Billy! You didn’t do nothing wrong.” Great! He’s blaming himself and he isn’t the issue, I am!
“Well if I didn’t do anything wrong, then why are we breaking up?” Valid question.
“I just….right now isn’t a good time. I can’t do this right now.” Panic is starting to set in.
“Good time to be with me or to break up with me? What are you talking about? Jess!” The anger is building.
“I’m sorry Billy! I just can’t do this! You and me. I can’t do this! Not right now! I’ve got to go. Bye.” At least she didn’t say I love you.

Bolting up from his camo couch. “JESS! JESSICA!!!!! F*CK!” Stand back folks, this is going to messy. He looks like Brett Favre in his prime chucking the football all over the field as he wings his phone across the living area and bounces it off of the wall that puts a hole in the wall and smashes up his phone. Next to go is the lamp. It gets busted up. Next is the TV, which is forcibly removed from the wall and ends up in pieces. All holy hell is unleashed inside that RV as we slowly back away, far far away…….
Nightime, several, several hours later…….
It’s closing in on midnight as we return. It’s worse than we feared. The front window of the RV, the big bay window is gone. All of it. Gone. Who knows how much that will cost. The side door, is barely hanging on as it was almost ripped off the RV. Some of the side windows are cracked and there is so much stuff, so much stuff laying on the ground outside of the RV that at one time used to be on the inside. It’s all quite in and around the RV though. No signs of Billy but he has to be around somewhere you think…..
And he is.
Nearby where he set up shop for the week, the place he is calling home for the week before the UWL picks up and moves to the next city, is this little creek. It’s nothing big, just enough to soak your feet in, sit by and chill. A small fire is burning in a fire pit up on the top of this little noll and Billy is standing down by the creek. His shirt is ripped and dirty now. His shorts are dirty and have some blood on them from his knuckles. I’ll leave it to you how they got bloody. He is making a fist in one hand and in the other, a mason jar. I wonder what is in it?
“Bitch!” Billy says, his face hidden by the shadows of darkness. “I don’t know why I allowed myself to be sucked back in. Why did I allow you back in my life? I know one thing. It’s a mistake I won’t make ever again. Never…..”
Billy holds up this ring in his balled up fist. It’s a gold ring with a big old rock on it. I mean a big rock. It glistens in the moonlight. Billy holds it up and looks at it one last time. He then flicks it into the creek.
“Whore.”
Billy takes a sip of shine.
“One chapter closes another opens. You distracted me last week. You made me weak and once again Josh Eagles was able to pick up a win over me. You have buried me…..”
Billy pauses. Does he want to give her the “victory” over him by saying she crushed him?
“That was last week. What has been said and what has been done is done and said and while I would have loved to get a victory over Eagles….”
Again Billy pauses, choosing his words in mid sentence without giving “her” a moral victory as well. “She” is to blame for all of this by the way.
“There will be a next time. There will be a another match. It will be just be a matter of time when we meet again and we’ll see what happens next time.”
Takes a sip stopping himself from saying “Now that the bitch is out of my head” but clearly she isn’t.
“It’s fitting.” Billy says. You can almost taste the venom he soooo badly wants to spew.
“That this week I face the other…..” Pauses for a second to clean it up. “Female that the UWL employs and this one, agrees to get in the ring and mix it up with the guys for a living thinking she is some…..” It was right there, Billy was going to call her a bad ass but she’s not a midget so she can’t be a bad ass. “Just another one of the guys. If you have been following the UWL for any amount of time then you know what my deal is. I don’t like to face the girls and after how ever many matches now, I still don’t like facing them including Autumn Raven. We’ve been over the reasons why. It’s a broken record at this point about how I feel about this and you….” At least he didn’t say bitch, whore, the C word.
“Autumn.” Oh you can just tell he hates saying her name tonight. “Seem to take pleasure in needling me, making me feel uncomfortable in facing you. Maybe it’s because you’re desperate for the cheap win, I don’t know because we all know you really need to pile some victories together to stay relevant around here.” Damn! I’m not sure how he feels about this subject.
“But every time you are about to fade into Arch Stanton territory, you seem to get booked against me so that makes me wonder. Whatever the reasons are for when and why we face each other Autumn, as I was told earlier today. This is just a bad time for me and in turn makes this a bad time for you. I’m not in the mood for your condescending remarks. I’m in no mood for your bitchy f*cking tone and if you think you have this match in the bag.”
Billy takes a sip of Shine.
“I have some bad news for you. Saturday night.” Billy slowly nods his head. “Won’t be your night. The last thing I want in my life right now is some bossy female who thinks she can push me around and play with my emotions. Despite my displeasure of ever facing you every single time, despite how this makes me feel, this week, after the week I am having, this is the perfect time for me to be facing you because boy, do I want to get my domestic violence on!” Spoken like a true redneck.
“So paint your nails. Coat that trainwreck of a face of yours with war paint. Tuck those sagging titties of yours in your push up corset and dial up the bitchiness to eleven because when that bell rings, it’s going to be on like Donkey Kong and I can’t wait to slap the ever loving sh*t out of you! Boo me all you want, hate on me for what I’m going to do to this bitch. Not even the news that I will get my hands on Sunday Night Heat at Only the Strong Survive and it’s a number one contenders match is going to put me in a good mood. This is a match you won’t win Autumn.”
Billy takes one last sip of Shine.
“And if you don’t like that.” Shrugs. “I could care less.”
It’s right now we discover that Billy isn’t alone. A voice, a deep voice causes Billy to spin around and look up at the crest of the little noll.
“Better hope someone never comes looking to take that back.” Whoever the tall dark figure says.
To Be Continued.
